These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Geek Technologies, a business of Joseph Hydzik, Saint Maries, Idaho.

SMS Outage & Service Alerts Program

1. Program description: Geek Technologies sends text message alerts about network outages, planned maintenance, and service restoration to customers who request them. No marketing messages are sent.
2. How to opt in: Email noc@yourispguy.com with your name, service address, and mobile number, stating that you agree to receive SMS alerts. See the SMS Alerts page.
3. How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message (CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also opt out by emailing noc@yourispguy.com.
4. Help: Reply HELP to any message, email noc@yourispguy.com, or call +1 (208) 549-7700.
5. Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on network events.
6. Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
7. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties.

Services are provided as described in your service agreement. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
